I recently did a clean install of Windows 7 x64 and dolphin no longer detects controller input. I have downloaded C++ and Directx runtimes as well as the Xbox 360 driver which is the gamepad I am using. Checking background input didn't help. I found that the controller reads input in other emulators/games including the 3.5 build of dolphin. It was working fine prior to the clean install. If it's of concern, this is on a converted media pc that doesn't run steam.

The controller shows up in the list but does not give input. I've tried two other first-party Xbox 360 controllers with the same result.
