Gamecube (Wii u) further configuration

I Couldnt find the answer to this anywhere, sorry if this question has been answered in the forums earlier. I just fixed drivers to my gamecube wii u adapter, which works perfectly well. However, unlike the standard controller option in Dolphin, i cant really configurate much.

So what I would like to do is flip the right joystick, right now it feels mirrored to every other controller im used to, in my case directing the camera left when i press right etc..

So is there a way I can flip this ? Or do I simply have to get used to it ? Thanks!

There is no way to change this in wii u mode unless they game itself allows it.
