I tried 4.0.2 now, it doesn´t work. =(

EDIT: I fix it!!!
With this tool https://gbatemp.net/threads/gcn-memcard-recover.349406/ you can grab older save game´s that you have overwritten (deleted save states). After that make a new "memory card" and put the save game in the new memory card (with savecard manager in dolphin).
