Your profile says you're using Dolphin 4.0-6114, and another player recently had a problem where the latest Dolphin versions would not create GC save files correctly, but old ones would. Did you try an old version? If your save file has truly corrupted, you'll have to start over, unless you have a backup of the save file or memory card from before the corruption.
