You either don't have the button mapped, the button that you think is supposed to do that move is not the correct button to do that move or it is not the right time in the game to do that move. Either way, this is not an emulation related issue.
Asus Laptop: K53TA
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium, 64-Bit - SP1
CPU: AMD Llano A6-3400M, Quad-Core, 1.4GHz-2.6GHz (Overclocked)
GPU: AMD Radeon HD6650M, 1GB GDDR3 (Catalyst 13.1)
RAM: Samsung 4GB DDR3-1333

I now know what the problem is but I still can't fix it, I checked on the internet that the gamecube controller's L and R buttons can be pressed softly or hardly for two different inputs (weird) and what I am trying to do in the game requires me to push the L button softly and as far as I understand, dolphin is considering it as a hard press (used for a different thing in the game) and I can't do what I a wishing to do. So my question is how to configure it for two keys on my gamepad: one for the soft press and one for the hard press, how is this possible?
