Gamecube Memory Card Backups?

I accidentally saved over a game on the Gamecube card. Is there a temp file somewhere I can use to back it up?

No. You should be making backups of the whole dolphin folder every once in a while or use a savestate every once in a while, search for the post your saves thread and request for a save file from there
