gamecube memory card

hi i used the memory card for gc twilight princess and it saved then when i wanted to play again i cant get it to load and it wants to format the memory card. i go to my memory card file and its still there how do i get the saved memory card to load and if someone already had this problem i couldn't find it

your file may be corrupted, upload it and maybe someone can fix it XD

You could also try to export your savefile to another build. See if it loads. If it loads let the game format your MC again (in your first build). Then try to import your savefile.
Be careful if you got saves from other games
