Gamecube games runs with over 150%speed, how do i lower it?

Im fairly new to the dolphin and just want to play som old games for the gamecube emulator. When I try to play, everything goes to fast. What I want is to play at 100% speed, not higher. Can someone help?

Try to set Framelimit to "Audio".

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.
That lowered the speed, but the audio also became slow

Then set you Framelimit to "60" and check "Limit by FPS".

Also try to tell us what processor you've got (even if you aren't sure )
