I've got Dolphin running perfectly, and my Gamecube controller set up almost perfectly, except for one problem.
After playing for about 20-30 minutes, the GC D-Pad will suddenly start behaving like the main stick (in-game and in the config menu). The indicators below the button config for the D-Pad no longer light up either. At the same time, the C-Stick becomes completely unresponsive (again, in-game and in the config menu). All other buttons, including the main stick, still work perfectly.
I can clear the button setup and remap the controls to fix it but it keeps happening.
