Recently the saves of my only two GCM games become unreadable by dolphin.

Luckily, for one of them I had a savestate, but the other one was meant to start over.

And still my when I load those two games, it shows save file failed to load.

What games are the saves from? Did they become corrupt after using savestates?

Wind Waker and Twilight princess (GCM one)
I don't really know because I use both savestates and saves.
But savestates is a feature of the emulator and shouldn't really interfere with the game saves.

This isn't the case for some games, but I don't think TLP is one of them.

Savestates absolutely can interfere with game saves. As far as I know, it's impossible to create a GC/Wii emulator where there is no situation where they interfere, unless you're willing to have the memory card/NAND revert to its earlier state when you load a savestate (which would mess up the progress in all other games that have game saves on the same memory card/NAND!)

I've corrupted Wind Waker saves with savestates before. If you don't have a backup of the .gci file or memory card you're out of luck
