So I've gone scouring through these forums for the past few weeks looking for solutions to these junky mayflash gamecube adapters. They have since improved what they once were, but they are still not functioning properly.
Right now, I am trying to make it at least playable. All of the buttons on my controller work fantastic, except for the shoulder buttons. They are only being registered as digital (one button, which is fine because it is still semi-playable), but they are "staying pressed". They are locked down. The only way I can get them to unpress is by flicking the trigger button quickly. This is not the case for my other controllers, I have tried switching controllers into the port where it is happening and it appears to be the same issue. I have tried different thresholds within dolphin and still no luck.
Does anyone know a solution for the above problem or anything that I should attempt??
Now as for the extra info (since the Mayflash thread seems to have died):
It appears that the mayflash adapters work as follows concerning getting the analog input (example: in smash bros melee you can get a bigger/smaller shield the farther you press it down). I have tested it and (maybe it is just my model), but I just ordered mine recently and have the latest drivers from the Mayflash site (JAN 2013), Only the right port of the 2-port mayflash adapter works for analog input. This is the same for both of them, I have two. For some reason the left port only registers as digital and the right port as analog. I have 4 controllers connected (6 total) and have tried interswapping the ports/usb ports/different versions of dolphin/etc. The left port is just "dead" I presume as for as analog input, only the right works.
If there's anyone who wants to jump on board with me to get a solution going for this I would glady take it head on.
