I don't care if you're rude? I was merely pointing out that no one talked about OS calibration.
Or, and if you don't/can't return them. You could just fix the hardware.
There will be fine adjustments on the 'pots' the black objects. Should only require a small screw driver. Of course opening a controller is not for everyone. But hey I'm just trying to help.
Quote: Maybe your adapter doesn’t trigger the startup calibration on the controller? Does holding X, Y and Start for three seconds with the stick in neutral position do anything? This is not what I'm talking about, that is native calibration. The issue you have is that dolphin see's a value > 1, to fix that you need to report that value as 0. Now whether you know what calibration is or not, that does not mean you necessarily know how to do it in the OS. I could careless if you do but most people on this board should and it was not mentioned. For reference http://www.ehow.com/how_2238986_calibrate-joystick.html
Quote: I'm leaving it to a bad batch.. or worse.. awful production. That is partly why there is such thing as OS calibration. Its designed specifically for this reason. Now its possible Dolpinh uses raw input and does their own calibration (by passing windows). If that is the case then you will in fact not be able to fix the issue with this method.
