Gamecube Controller not working on Port 1

I have been using dolphin for some time. When I went to use it this morning my gamecube controllers (using nintendo PC adapter) would not be recognized on port 1. When I try configuring ports 2-4 I can use the gamecube controllers just fine, it only doesn't register for port 1. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, making sure that the correct input was selected on the adapter, etc. Currently I am using Dolphin 5.0. Not sure if anybody has a fix?

Have you tried a Development version of dolphin?
