I've been using dolphin for about 2-3 months with the wii-u gamecube adaptor and it has always worked perfectly well. Yesterday for some reason, after making no apparent changes to anything, when I open a game the emulator does not recognize any controller inputs. I have tested with 3 different controllers so I know that my controller is not broken. Any possible advice on things to try? I have tried changing the usb ports already. Cheers.
Gamecube Controller inputs not registering - used to work completely fine

Assuming you've been using Dolphin's native support for Wii U adapters (meaning you had to run Zadig at one point), an update to Windows might have replaced the filter driver. Try running Zadig again.
