I'm very new to this dolphine emulator stuff so bear with me. I bought a game cube controller adapter for wiiu, switch, and pc. I wanted to use the gamecube controller for pc games like how xbox controllers can be used for pc games. But I can't connect the gamecube controller to the game. I downloaded the gamecube driver from zadig. I selected all the ports to wii u gamecube adapter in the controllers settings on dolphine emulator and it says it detects the adapter. But I dont know how to connect the gamecube controller to the pc game. The pc game i want to connect to specificaly is celeste. But when I go to the controller config in that game it cant detect any controllers. Please help. Thank you.

If you want to use it for PC games, I would suggest setting the adapter to PC mode and not using Zadig.

Looks like "celeste" doesn't support generic gamepads. You'll have to use something to simulate an Xbox controller. Steam will do it for you. You'll have to enable "Generic Gamepad Configuration Support" in big picture.
