Hi, I just wanted to make a short post to mention that the tutorial titled "How to use the Official GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U in Dolphin" may be slightly outdated. It's not much, but the tutorial says the adapter will show up as WUP-028 in Zadig. However, even though I have a third-party adapter, Windows actually recognized it as the official adapter within Zadig's GUI and called it "GameCube For Switch", so it might be good to mention that as a possibility. In addition, the name of this tutorial may be slightly confusing. It suggests that it will only work with the official adapter, but it should actually work with any adapter that works on the Wii U and the Switch, so it might be better to title it something like "How to use a GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U and Switch in Dolphin." Thanks for your consideration, and please tell me if this post belongs somewhere else.

Actually, the fact that it shows up as "GameCube For Switch" means it's recognized as a non-official adapter. The official adapter is always called WUP-028. But yes, it would be appropriate for the guide to mention that certain third-party adapters show up under other names than WUP-028.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am tired of searching for it by myself. I am so happy, I have found your post.
