So I recently bought a Galaxy s9, and melee runs perfectly consistent 60fps on it. So naturally, I wanted to play with a gamecube controller, so I bought a usb-c to usb adapter. The problem is that I cant figure out how to play with my controller. The buttons simply wont work when I start up the game.
Gamecube controller adapter support?

Mmm i Think Now playig with a USB one of dosnt a specific brand...Non working..just rating By personal esperience.. i sorted with a classic bluetooth ipega wich honeslty is sono good...or theres another one on Ebay around 5/10 pounds..should be same price in others currency's...and if u wanna really try to set up the one u have now....did u try the gamepad settings? If not..that is the issue..u need to configure the buttons in order to emulate the real gamecube..and obviously it's out job to set the controller cos people might have other preferences in buttons location ...if u did try..means that theres something between the pad and the phone that wont match together

I am indeed using the official adapter with an official controller, the problem is that the game simply doesnt respond to any of my button inputs.

GameCube controller adapter support is broken on Android at the moment. So you'll have to wait for a fix.
