I have the Mayflash GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U, PC USB and Switch, 4 Port.

It has two modes: Wii U mode and PC Mode, but each mode has some problems.

Wii U Mode
While using Gamecube Adapter for Wii U with Zadig Driver works fine in game I can't seem to set Hotkeys with it.
The Hotkey Settings do not display Gamecube Adapter for Wii-U.
Instead it only displays D-Input which implies Hot Keys only work with the Mayflash in PC-Mode?
Is this true?
Does anybody know how to get HotKeys to work with Mayflash in Wii-U Mode?

The following link say nothing about HotKeys
https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/how-use-official-gc-controller-adapter-wii-u/

PC Mode
In PC Mode, my Mayflash came with POKKEN firmware so on every fresh boot I have to hold the three buttons “START+B+Z” for 3 seconds to get it out of POKKEN mode and use all 4 ports.
Has any one tried downgrading firmware to get rid of POKKEN Mode?

It is correct that Dolphin's native support for Wii U adapters doesn't let you remap controls or map controls to hotkeys. As for the Pokkén mode, I'm not familiar with it.

Thanks for the info.

Will see if I can make POKKEN stop being the default on fresh boot.

In case others get the Mayflash...

Looks like there is only one firmware for PC V.05 and the strange POKKEN Tournament feature can't be removed.

"it cannot be downgraded to older version or make a newer firmware to cancel the POKKEN mode . POKKEN stay with GC adapter always"

If you see under Device

DInput/0/POKKEN CONTROLLER

You can try the following:
hold the three buttons “START+B+Z” for 3 seconds on the Controller in Port 1 (DO NOT DO THIS ON OTHER PORTS IT HANGS THE DEVICE)

Click the switch on back to Wii-U and back to PC.
If this still doesn't work disconnect/Reconnect USB Connectors.

If any one knows where to get a 4 port mayflash firmware without POKKEN let me know. Mayflash doesn't have it.

In case you were wondering the POKKEN Feature does the following
POKKEN TOURNAMENT Controller Mode Instruction
Buttons on the POKKEN TOURNAMENT Controller Mode
- POV-POV, A->A, B-> B, X->X, Y->Y, L->L, R-> R, Z->ZR, START->START
- LEFT STICK-> POV
- RIGHT STICK LEFT -> ZR, RIGHT STICK RIGHT -> ZL
2.Only one GAMECUBE Controller is supported on the POKKEN TOURNAMENT controller mode

I have no idea why they would want PC Mode to default to this.
