Okay, Does the boot screen require BIOS or what ? &nd I just like to see it before I play. SO is there anyway you could just import a High quilaty video of the boot screen to replace that feeling of the original console ?

There is some problems with it though. You would have to enable External Frame Buffer to Real to see the bios, otherwise you would get panic messages every second it changes. Plus the EFB degrades picture quality ingame. I use the IPL myself on occasion, but to me its not worth it. It does the job, it plays the bootup and runs the game. I would say just google the IPL.
