gamecube bios/menu problems

i don't know why but i can't run the gamecube bios/menu on dolphin
I'm using mac though...
here's what it says:
IPL with unknown hash 46c832bc
ipl found in EUR directory, the disc may not be recognized


can you guys help...?

Did you try redumping your bios? Why do you need it anyway?

i have redumped it
but it still says those messages
