Hi,

I have noticed recently that when dumping the GameCube bios with the latest version of swiss that, in addition to the ipl and dsp's, there are several other files on the rom.

They are dvd_rom.bin, dvd_ram_high.bin, dvd_ram_low.bin, ipl_clear.bin, and sram.bin.

Do these extra files serve any purpose, and can Dolphin use them?

sram.bin sounds like the file that's equivalent to Dolphin's /GC/SRAM.raw. It contains some settings and other minor data. You don't really gain anything by copying from your console to Dolphin, but you can do it if you want to.

I'm not sure what the others are for, but Dolphin doesn't make use of them as far as I know.

sram.bin and SRAM.raw are the same size so are likely the same thing, just didn't know what the others might be.
sram.bin might be useful when dumping memory cards with protected saves.
