Gamecube Analog Sticks Not Being Read

For whatever reason, newer versions of Dolphin (3.0) don't recognize my GameCube controller's analog sticks. BUT, it does recognize all of the buttons. Older versions worked fine and I was able to play whatever I wanted and everything was great. I don't mind using an older version but it'd be nice to up-to-date. I'm also using a Super Joy Box 13. (and I guess I should also add that I'm relatively a noob with dolphin).

System Specs:
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Processor
Nvidia Geforce 570 Superclocked
16GB of RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate

So basically I have this rape machine that destroys any game I throw at it on high settings and I can't play gamecube

This is an issue caused by the gamecube controller's sticks only reaching to something like 66% of max range, while the input dialog only considers >75-80% range as being "pressed".

For now you need to right click the various input buttons "Stick Up/Down/Left/etc.." and manually select "Axis X/Y/-/+".

This is a known issue I keep forgetting to fix, make an issue here http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/list to remind me :p

Wow, I didn't even know there was a manual selection thanks a ton, works great now!
