gamecube an wiimote plugins not loading

just downloaded the new 2.0 and every time i click on gc pad or wiimote i get an error saying "error loading plugins/plugins_gcpadnew.dll: can't read info" and like wise for the wiimote. and then the emulator crashes. im running windows 7 64 bit and the rc1 worked fine last night. can anyone help?

on default the new gc plugin has no keys set so make sure u set ur keys.

this has nothing to do with that. He just needs to update directx
