Game Title Order Doesn't Completely Work

Dolphin 5.0-9279 altered the way names work so that instead of character-by-character checking, games like Mega Man 9 and 10 are ordered properly. And this works perfectly fine... if you're sorting by title. But if you're sorting by anything else (console, ID, even banner), the ordering will default to the one used prior to the new one.
