game speed qustion

i think thsi as been ask before but just to clear it for myself

wheres it says fps and vps and speed bottom of the game if speed says 100% is that 100% in dolphin or speed of the real wii speed

100% Speed means the game is running how it is supposed to run.
So that should be the real speed of the wii, in dolphin's speed.
