i set game specific settings on my dolphin.
for example i disable xfb to stop the shaking on games like puzzle bobble on wiiware. exiting the game. my global settings now have xfb disabled.

what can i do about this?

when you right click the game and select "properties", there you have some specific configurations for each game. there is an option called "use xfb", if you disable it, that should do the trick.
