Game's textures bugged (5.0-20268)

Can anyone help on this, the game's textures are bugged and will always display like this no matter what.

I only have 2 games installed and both of them shows the same bug.

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

I should mention that this did not started happening until I updated to the latest beta version (5.0-19870). Unfortunately I forgot
what version I was in prior to the bug.

That looks like you turned on Wireframe mode. Open your Graphics settings, switch to "Advanced" and uncheck "Enable Wireframe" in the "Debugging" section.
