I'm running Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door on DX9/11 at native resolution and LLE with the DSP files. Whatever I do, I can't seem to get it to run at 100%. It only runs at around 83%, causing the sound to frequently skip. The FPS maintains a rather stable 50FPS (it's an NTSC iso). Maybe I'm just demanding too much out of my computer, but I assumed my setup was good enough to play this game without any trouble.

Is there any way I can get it to run at 100%? No other applications are running.

It's a good performance with your CPU since you're using LLE

If you overclock it might help a bit.

Use latest builds (here) and you shouldn't need LLE

Thanks for the reply!
I did a bit of overclocking and put HLE on, and it's running at an almost constant 100% with very minor hiccups that aren't really that noticeable. Thanks for the support!
