Is it possible to have these 60fps hacks listed together, because in time no-one will see them in the middle of long threads ?

I just made a Wii version of it for you (for R9IE01):

$60FPS Hack (Very Hard to Maintain)
0445AD20 00000001

Problem is the Wii version is way harder to keep 60fps.  It often drops down to 30fps for me and cuts the speed of the game in half.  The Wii version is a lot heavier than the GC version for some reason.

Edit:

Here's one for Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon

$60FPS Hack - Use Audio Slow Down 2.0 and 120FPS Framelimit
04599B58 3F800000
0460FCAC 3F800000
04612578 3F800000
$75FPS Hack - Use Audio Slow Down 2.5 and 150FPS Framelimit
04599B58 3F4CCCCD
0460FCAC 3F4CCCCD
04612578 3F4CCCCD

Only played a couple minutes, but seems to work well! Maybe I can find some more...

Hey, thanks a lot! Smile
For Super Mario Sunshine there were several patches, one that was something like 'almost 60FPS' which runs without any issues.
Would it be enough to just change a number in that code of yours to also get this 'almost 60FPS'?
Or is the maintaining issue only because of the PC not being strong enough? (though yours is quite strong, indeed)

That can be done with basically all of the codes so far except the Pikmin 1 and Pikmin 2 codes (in their current state at least).  They both have a function that takes the NTSC frame rate (60fps) and then divides it by either 1 or 2 for each scene, depending whether it's a menu or the game.  What I've done is taken the spot where it grabs the 2, and replaced it with a 1.  This way it does 60/1 = 60fps instead of 60/2 = 30fps.  Unfortunately they used an int here, not a float, so I have to choose a whole number.

To make a code that's not 15/20/30/60fps, someone will have to find where that address is being called and then figure out how to manipulate the function to either use a float, or change the NTSC 60fps rate to something higher.  That way you could do something like 90/2 = 45.  I've tried altering the place where the NTSC rate in Super Mario Sunshine is read from out of curiosity, but it caused a failure to boot, so the hack would probably involve just doing it in particular functions.

I think for this hack the issue is that our PCs are not strong enough.  My i3570k at 4.3GHz can keep it at 60fps in some scenes, but drops down to 30 and half the speed in most spots.  The same hack on the gamecube version is easy to maintain, and the method for the hack is the same.  All we need is quad core 6GHz computers, and we'll probably be able to run it :-P

Ah, interesting, thanks for explaining Smile
Strange it's so much more demanding...
Anyway, I'll try it out very soon. I lost all my saves, so I wanted to play it from the start, anyway.

Here's a 60fps for Excitebots (RX3E01)

$60FPS Hack [cegli]
005A176B 00000001

Problem is that Dolphin is not letting me turn in this one (nothing to do with the code), so I can't test it out very well. Seems to work well from all the random straight line driving I've tried.

Oh great! Games like that just feel broken with only 30FPS.
what do you mean with turn, though? Going through bends?

My dream is that someone will figure this out for Wind Waker eventually. It's such a tease that the Wind Waker models for Tetra and Link are animated at 60 FPS in Four Swords Adventures Plus.
