Cutscenes remain double speed, on the ps2 version I found a single address which controls the whole gamespeed including cutscenes. Maybe the ngc version has one too, so maybe someone with enough patience can find it.

This game, like the ps2 port, is running @30fps, despite Dolphin reporting that is running @60fps. Iirc, Robotech:Battlecry is another game for which dolphin doesn't report correctly the fps.

Interesting. I didn't know that Dolphin got in-game FPS readings wrong. I wonder if it's the way these games were made.
