Location of gravity in Majora's Mask (U) is 0x8038256C with FF9C0258 as the 32bit value.

Gravity Mod
8038256D 00xx
Try other values to experiment with it.
BA=For 30fps fix?
D8=For 60fps fix?
The height still stays lower while lower gravity seems to help.

Don't know what to do since gravity doesn't influence the launch height at all.

I see. As far as I've played, I've only gotten to the second deku flower in the game until I got stuck and couldn't get high enough to make the flight. I could try experimenting with the values!

With NSUNS4 getting 60fps today, I was wondering if anyone found a way to fix Arc Rise Fantasia minor issue when running at 60fps, see here, so the game can be fully playable.

Here NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM 4 running 60fps

No and there are no symbol maps on the skyward sword disc so it will be much more difficult to deal with.

Quick update about the wind waker 60 fps mod: As I said a while back, I'd have to rewrite it from scratch in order to make it bug-free. However, the new method would be extremely convoluted and involve some very lengthy injected ASM to store a list of pointers to all of the game's currently-loaded model objects and interpolate the motion and whatnot.

Because the new way of doing it seemed so daunting and hard to maintain, I figured I would finish writing my ASM helper program thing before beginning to work on the code in order to help me keep the new version's code manageable.

However, I grew increasingly indecisive on many of its features, always getting frustrated and being unable to focus (partly due to tampered adhd meds). I got tired of working on the tool and was so frustrated with myself that I lost interest in finishing the hack. I posted that I'd be working on it much more with better medication, but I was already getting back into some of my other hobbies when I started getting back on track mentally, causing me to become even more disinterested in working on the hack. Because I have an irrational fear of potentially disappointing others, I decided to just leave without saying anything else.

Basically, this time I'm going to be honest rather than trying to set unrealistic goals.
  • February 25: r/DarkSouls2 gathers fans of the series to go back and goof around in Dark Souls 2 in order to surge the old game with online activity. I'm going to partake in this and remain interested in playing that game for up to a week.
  • March 3: Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Nintendo Switch release. I'm going to play Zelda. If the Switch is still out of stock then I don't care anymore I'm playing the Wii U version lol.
  • March 10-ish: Nier: Automata releases on Steam. Even if I can't afford the game right away, my friends are still going to want me there to talk with when they play the games themselves.
So uhh, expect slow development. I'm honestly not that interested in this hack anymore so it's pretty low on my priority list. e.g. "bleh I don't feel like writing a lot of ASM. I'm going to go make a remix of a classic video game song instead"

Just wanted to leave this random test video here in case anyone was interested: https://youtu.be/wyWB0QU6qOU

It includes the (obsolete) 60 fps hack and some other enhancements

Well guess i can say the same with my Luigi Mansion,

one thing led to another in programming and now i am doing som C/C++ stuff, and i too got bored of it.
My motivation is sadly like that, i can spam one thing, then i get bored and abandon it.

Though of course i got all the stuff around, so if i decide to continue it's all there;P

It makes me sad because it looks nice, but, I've seen this happen to hundreds of things by this point, so, i'm not surprised. That's why I like to push people to finish things while they're still motivated.

Patrick: We should take the lack of motivation and push it somewhere else.

Look, man, as long as you don't drop it altogether, you can take as long as you want. You've come so far and the product looks almost perfect right now--it would be awful if it was left unreleased.
