If anyone's interested, I was able to create the framerate hack for Starfox Assault (USA version).  Runs pretty nicely, although a few subtle glitches are introduced.

How about putting them on the wiki page for each game?

That's what I wanted to say but it seemed so obvious I was sure it would be stupid and people would laugh at me... just like that one day in high school. Every day, actually *sigh*

Great work biolizard89!

I would love to see the following 30fps games transformed into smooth 60fps monsters Smile
- Luigi's Mansion
- Waverace Blue Storm
- Sonic Colors

All these games would GREATLY benefit from the bump in framerate!
CPU: Intel 3570k with Corsair H60 watercooler @4.1ghz
GPU: Nvidia Asus GTX780 @1140/6600
PSU: Corsair 750W
RAM: Corsair 8gig DDR3-1600
MOBO: Asrock Z68m ITX
HDD: 500gb SSD EVO
CASE: Lian-Li PC-Q08 mini-ITX case
OS: Windows 7 x64

I use a fully configured emulator frontend (Maximus Arcade) to play every console & arcade game instantly

Aw man, you say it. Sonic Colors just feels like a broken game at 30 FPS...

Meh. My AMD Phenom II can't handle SMS at 60fps... even on the lowest res. Looks like I'll be sticking with 30 until I go Intel. Fortunately that'll be within a couple months. F yeah! Well at least the game ran at 60 on the airstrip... just nowhere else; enough to f***ing tease me! xD

Not exactly related to Dolphin, but the PC version of Sonic Generations has been hacked extensively to support mods. Some people are working on porting Colors stages to it (I think a level pack for Tropical Resort has been released). I mention this because Sonic Generations PC version supports 60fps, so you can keep an eye out for the Colors level porting projects in case a 60fps hack for the Wii version doesn't end up happening.

Love these 60fps hacks. There are even some of N64 games for use with Project64, someone hacked Banjo Kazooie and Tooie to run at 60fps (though I ran into some glitches with Tooie hanging during certain cutscenes). And of course PPSSPP and PCSX2 has some as well (particularly the Kingdom Hearts games). Was fantastic playing Sunshine at such a smooth framerate, it's a bit jarring going back to 30fps Sunshine after getting used to Galaxy's buttery smooth framerate. The Zelda games and Xenoblade would be glorious at 60fps, though i'm not sure I look forward to the PC i'd need to play them at that framerate (and i've got a 4670k).
