Nice find!

The Banjo-Tooie code was condition specific,even with lagfix it still ends up on 20fps and 15fps at times,also 60fps in the cheese wedge when there's no lag.

That Wind Waker code is like a runtime speed code since it doesn't reach 60fps on the counter.
I found both TWW and TP values that changed when messing with clock speeds and the title sequence has 25fps with wolf Link while the value hits 03 and the video locks it to 01.

Not usable as functional codes,but maybe it helps.

Wind Waker (GZLE01)
004C8E67 000000xx
01=60fps
02=30fps
03=less fps
07=really low fps (underclock result)

Twilight Princess (GZ2E01)
00502763 000000xx
01=60fps
02=30fps
03=Wolf Link Slowdown 25fps
07=really low fps (underclock result)

Hope these can help if anyone else tries to find the real address for them.

Edit: A code for TP that flickers black and previews fake 60fps when rapidly flickering.

TP 60fps Flicker
0050279F 00000000
005027A3 00000001
005027AF 00000000
Any chunk of non-flicker runs at 30fps while black screens are full 60fps.

Well done, retroben.

Your Code for Wind Waker does not work here, (tested on Ishiiruka 706)

I found a working one for me.

Gamemasterplc, can you try to make the following two player modes (with split screen) run in 60fps on Sonic Heroes?:

1. Action Race
2. Special Stage
3. Ring Race
4. Bobsled Race
5. Quick Race
6. Expert Race

The gameplay is in 30fps and the rendered cut-scenes are 60fps and the only mode in two player that has 60fps on both is Battle.

Beedle: Thank you!
Because of that,I found the other one for Twilight Princess at the same default value. (00149970)

The pastie bin page from a gbatemp post is down from its whole site server breaking,so I can't find those other addresses that change game speed on startup only,maybe changing one of them could make it slow down for the perfect 60fps and hopefully still correct physics.
So in theory,60fps is half of that value as it shows a realtime speed change on startup,half is (000A4CB8) this value.
All I did to find this one was scroll up the unstable debugger's memory view until I found the matching value I saw on the Wind Waker address.

Twilight Princess

Sixty Frames
04502630 000A4CB8
Same too fast speed,changable in realtime and resets to defaults on every area change when not forced.
Now all we need is the slowed down pace codes for both games in hopes physics are still okay,also I checked the byte for my other address finding and it is at 01 when this code is active,so we really do only need the slowed pace code for perfect 60fps!
Thanks to the help,WE found it together.

Does that Sonic Heroes 60fps multiplayer code cause the game to run too fast? I only tried it out a little, but that's what I was getting from it.
Since we're posting higher frame rate codes that also make the game run too fast, I'll post another two here. Edit: Also, gamemaster, I already posted that Luigi's Mansion code, or at least one that acts exactly the same.
