When i play through an ISO the game lags really bad its like its in slow motion it lags that much, continuously slow motion, not jumpy but its just as if the game is being played in slow motion, reaalllly slow.

My PC specs are :

Windows 7 Home Premium
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 2.00GHZ
4GB Memory Ram
AT Mobility Radeon HD4670 1GB

First of all 2.0 Ghz is not that powerful for Dolphin, however if you can bump it up to 2.2 Ghz or 2.5 Ghz with a slight overclock some games with minimal 3D and 2D might be playable.

Use HLE for audio emulation, uncheck audio throttle.

In general configuration select the JIT recompiler, disable frame limiter, enable dual core, enable idle skiping

In the Display tab use 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768 as the resolution.

Use the DX9 backend with the following options.

EFB Scale/Internal Resolution - Integral (Fractional may be slightly faster but causes some glitches)

Copy EFB to Texture

Everything else can be left disabled or on the lowest setting unless a game requires it, such as Super Mario Galaxy requires CPU EFB Access for pull stars and the Wiimote pointer to shoot starbits.

Um by clicking the graphics and config buttons on the toolbar of the emulation window...
