I am attempting to play Super Mario Sunshine, but the paint doesn't even show up. I haven't read about it anywhere else. Does anyone know what's the issue?

Which Dolphin revision do you use? Is EFB Copies to RAM enabled?

So... can you post a screenshot of your problems pls? I want to see, how it looks like, when "the paint" is missing. Also post the rest of your Dolphin settings, maybe there is something wrong.

Why did u disable Scaled EFB Copy? You should leave it enabled cuz it improves the image quality.

Anyway, the settings are okay. More information about Super Mario Sunshine can be found here -> http://wiki.dolphin-emu.org/index.php?title=Super_Mario_Sunshine

Well, as everything is okay with your settings, you should try another Dolphin build, e.g. the official Dolphin 3.0 release. Try it!

IIRC the intel graphics don't have the features needed for the goop.

Did you try setting texture cache to safe?
