Game doesn't recognice xbox 360 pad

I configured it. I mean, the program do recognices the pad, but the game doesn't (The game is Xenoblade).

Version is 3.5. something.

Got any clues?

My nearly total guess is that you configured a gamecube controller rather than a wiimote. :/
