Game doesn't open?

I have the game on list of games, but whenever i try to play it nothing happens. Why doesn't it open, what do i have to do?

Windows 7 64
core i7 950 2.67 ghz
12 gb ram
ATI radeon hd 4670

i just click the game and click play and nothing happens

What's the game you're trying to play? Also try enabling panic handlers and see if you get any error.

ok i enabled the panic handlers, then it says "cant init any PAD plugins", and then "couldnt init the core check your configuration", on super mario galaxy 2

ok I updated everything that needed to be updated, but i still get "Can't init any PAD Plugins" followed by "Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration" errors, what is the problem?

Do you have plugins chosen in the Dolphin config dialog, "Plugins" tab?
