Can I put two of the same games in the directory, except one is modified? If so, how?

just drop them both into the directory. They'll show up as two different copies of the game.

Unfortunately, you'll need to memorize which entry is which.

Protip: You can show the file name of the ISO in the game list by going to View->List Columns and checking "file name." This way you can differentiate between the two.

Sorry for the late reply. Anyway, that doesn't work. Only one of them shows up when I do that (my modded version, if that's important). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks, that worked.
