I am basically totally new to emulating, so please forgive any dumb questions I may ask.
I am using my Samsung S9+ (Snapdragon 845) with the latest version of the app in the play store (5.0-11991). The only game I have tried emulating so far is Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for Gamecube.
I created a save file with no issue and make it through the introduction cutscene smoothly. However, right when the cutscene ends and transitions into the game, it crashes. There was an error popup the first time I started the emulator but unfortunately I did not note what it said (because there was quite a bit) and I cannot get the popup to appear again. I seem to recall it mentioning "dual core" and saying that the game would probably immediately crash (which it didn't quite, because I made it through a couple minutes of cutscene after the popup). I tried emulating with the dual core setting disabled and got the same crash at the same time in the cutscene.
Is there something simple I can do to troubleshoot this? Is this a common or known issue?
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to reply.
