Basically, despite following the main page's performance guides and tinkering myself, I'm completely unable to get Dolphin running properly at all. Gameplay slows down to a crawl (15 or so max) as soon as any inputs are made while cutscenes are hopelessly desynced.
My hardware is-
Quad 3.4GHz proccessor
16GB DDR3 Ram
NVidia 580 GTX
1TB HDD
By rights I should be just fine, but I'm lucky if I get 30 frames even when I'm stood still looking at a wall in every game I've tested
