FXAA Post Process is broken in Vulkan on Master

I haven't had time to figure out which commit did it but something recently broke the FXAA post process shader
for Vulkan in the latest master build. Black screen when it's enabled.

Thought I would report this as I originally thought Vulkan was broken altogether...

Confirmed that the Abstract Pipeline build is where this was broken:

5.0-6372 VideoCommon pipelines ("Abstract Pipeline") (PR #6042 from stenzek)

It was fixed by 5.0-6402, which was just merged a bit ago!
