FX 6300 3.5ghz 6-core I can't run some games like Resident Evil Zero beyond 10fps

I just tested Resident Evil 0 with Same/Lesser Specs then you and i am getting full speed.
AMD Phenom (Four-Core 3.2Ghz)
4 GB
Radeon HD 5570 1GB

Your system can indeed handle it.

Install CPU-Z and GPU-Z and do screenshots

Get them here

Did you disable your nvidia gpu? Try uninstalliing its drivers and disable in device manager and make sure your monitor is plugged in your gpu card

Is there any reason that you're staying on such a low revision? Did you try one of the lataest 4.0.1 builds?

Where did you plug in the cable that goes to the monitor? On the GPU or on the Mainboard? (It seems you're using some kind of nvidia chipset that has an integrated graphics chip).
