Future Dolphin versions

Can these options be added to the official version:

1. Specific controller and button layout for specific game
2. Faster core (to speed-up such games as Sonic Riders, Cars Mater-National Championship, NFS Undercover on mid-range devices)
3. Emulate wiimote/nunchuk sensors using an extra on-screen joystick
4. Fix the black screen bug in Shrek 2
5. Fix the bug that causes freezes in Shrek the Third
6. A FPS limiting cheat code for Cars 2 to decrease demanding to be enabled by default

I know that some of those functions (partly) exist in MMJ but on the official version they're still missing.

Number one you can already do in the official app. Just long press on a game and you set custom controller settings for it.

This is about controller settings for a physical gamepad. It is available in many versions of Dolphin.

And I asked about on-screen controls for Wii games. When I choose the controller type (nunchuk, horizontal, classic), it also changes for other wii games. But on the latest MMJ build the controller type changes only for specific game (e.g. I can make the first wii game run always with nunchuk, second with classic etc)
