FullScreen Broken

i cannot get my fullscreen to work dont know why, i think its with the aspect ratio thing cause there is the one in the WII settings and one in the graphics settings and there are all those native buttons and whatnot. i am trying to play fullscreen 1080p because im playing on my tv which is 1080p. but when i do it fullscreen its like 40% too big and it goes over the right and bottom of my screen so i am seeing like top left and 60% of the screen. tried all kinds of stuff no idea what to do help please

could it be that your computer and television have different resolutions?

yeah it sounds like your setting your resolution to high
