Hi everyone. I've used Dolphin with little problems for a few weeks now.

I recently became interested in a Smash Bros. Brawl hack called "Project M" which alters Brawl, giving it's Melee's physics and balancing.

After setting the game up, I noticed the graphics didn't look very good.

Somehow the full screen resolution has been changed to 640 by 480, instead of 2560 by 1440. I can't change it, it's greyed out. Same with backend, which is still Direct3D9.

Any clue how to un-grey it out so I can change the resolution? It is like this with all games now.

This haven't anything to do with the modification, something in your system screwed up. You have this problem only in this game?

@Offtopic: Why are you using 32 bit OS with more than 3GB of RAM? This is why you can't use all of your RAM...

The problem is simple, you can't change those options while playing a game in Dolphin. Try changing the option when you have no running game (and no, pausing the game doesn't work either :p)
