On Windows, it always full screens to the primary monitor.
Any way around this?

It goes full-screen to my second (not primary) monitor.

A choice here would be nice, like Retroarch. You can choose your main screen to go fullscreen on. Of all your available screens that it. For instance, I got threes screens, two PC and the third one is my TV. And that's where I'd like Dolphin to go fullscreen.

Turn off "Use Fullscreen" drag the window to the other monitor and re-enable fullscreen. Dolphin automatically uses fullscreen on the last monitor the game window was on.

ive just ran into this problem and no idea why as ive been playing all day casting to my tv perfectly fine full screen on my tv.

then sodding windows restarted and now if i enter full screen (when its on my tv) it pushes to my laptop and settings are set to extend and laptop is main screen.

i have no idea why since it restarted i cant drag the game window to my tv and alt+enter to go full screen (i cant use dolphin icons as they dont seem to respond if clicked on the second screen, have to drag that window to my laptop in order to click menu icons.
