Whenever I go to the front page of dolphin-emu.org (not the forums, the actual page), I get something that looks like this:

I've cleared all data I have of this site, that is cookies, cache, history, etc. I have no script-plockers or anything like that.
The only addon I have that could potentially be affecting this is HTTPSEverywhere, which, you guessed it, forces all sites to use HTTPS.
I use Firefox 8.0.

Worth noting is that all the pages on dol-emu.com look like this, and that Javascript seems to be disabled, since clicking a link on the downloads page brings up the "Your download will begin in five seconds" page but nothing actually happens.
Clicking on the link provided on that page brings you to This page.

Using Firefox 9 here and it works fine.
Have you tried disabling HTTPSEverywhere to verify this?

I have, yes. The page renders fine in Internet Explorer 9, but no matter what I do it won't render correctly on FF8.

I have never encountered this. The Dolphin main page have always looked as it should with both IE 7/8/9 and Firefox 5/6/7/8
I use default settings all the time for all browsers.
