From where to download plugins?

Well, i wonder is there a site that offers different plugins for Dolphine..
Like i told in other thread i got problems with keyboard and installed DirectX 10 so maybe this plugin i have is not good...
I have Vista x64

you need to install dx9 not 10. And no only plugins for dolphin are the ones that come with it

I'm quite sure that, when other Plugins are competitive, they *will* be included into the SVN-Tree on Google Code.

Hmmm..
Well i updated Dx9 and Dolphine still don't recognize any new plugins :/
