In Dolphin (rev 13603) I have colored lines on the left and the bottom in this game.
Does someone had the same and know howd to solve it?

Does that also happen at 1x? There is also a change that this also happens on console but isn't visible due to overscan.

Indeed, no lines at 1X resolution. From 2X, it appears.

Maybe try vertex rounding. If that doesn't work you can enable crop in advanced settings which will crop the image if the image isn't exactly 16:9 (or whatever ratio your monitor has).

Vertex rounding seems to have solved that issue. Will see with time if it causes other problems. Smile
