Make sure you have frame limit enabled, so it will easily auto skip without doing it manually (don't forget to set frame skip to 1 also)

i do have the frame limit set to 60
and i do ususally put frameskip on 1 but i have tryed 1-9 justs to see

go to graphic settings and click on advance tab and click on copy efb to system ram (real)
fix for me anyway hope this helps

copy efb to system ram (real) freezes alot more
